Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the scope of work, delivery status, and commitments agreed for each project.
Strategy work, design, development, content creation, campaign setup, implementation, and consulting hours already delivered are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, any refund consideration will be evaluated based on work completed and direct costs already incurred.
Ongoing service retainers may require advance written notice before cancellation. Final policy terms should be captured in project-specific agreements or invoices.
